Shape of backing material

Comparison of merit and demerit.

Traditional backing material for S.A.W. is flux composed of phenol resign an arganic compound, thermally set at 180~200¡É ¨çit burns with the high temperature caused by welding and discharges plenty of noxious gas, ¨ètherefore a great deal of dust is generated when solid flux is removed after welding.

Since the product C.B.M is composed of ceramic powder, an inorganic material, shaped with pressure and heat-treated at high temperatures of 1350¡É : ¨ç it is very safe against the high temperatures caused by welding and discharges no noxious gas, ¨è and no dust is generated after welding as the ceramic form is maintained intact.

Since magnetic clamp is required for installation work space is limited,
installation is difficult and the time for installation is very long.

Since installation is carried out with aluminum tape easy work is possible in a narrow space, the time for installation is reduced and installation work is simple.
Magnetic clamp is completely eliminated.

Deteriorates working environment.
Use of asbestos :
Causes cancer Burning of solid flux during welding :
Noxious gas is generated.
Burning of corrugated cardboard etc :
Strong fume is generated.

Creates very pleasant working environment.
(Abbestos, solid flux, corrugated cardboard etc, are completely excluded)

Because of difficult installation work reduction of productivity and increase in production cost are caused.

Because of easy installation work enhancement of productivity and cost reduction may be realized.
